CPO - Where do we stand?

We own the pitch / majority of the pitch, can we stop the club playing on it if we decide at any time? Would be a huge statement

Roman could just move you to a new pitch - Maybe in Moscow.

Yeh I’m sure that would go down well with sponsors

The understanding I believe is that legally Abramovich cannot move us without the permission of the CPO. To be fair to Bates he apparently made sure that the Club was protected at the Bridge, after his experiences of the backstabbing of the Mears family. If we had developed the ground recently, then he would have to have included them and obviously they won't sanction anything that is not in the Club's interests.
