What has Gio done since his return to suggest he would be anything other than a complete passenger in this game?

He’s had some good moments since he came back. We definitely looked better in possession with him in the team.

He’s a quality player

He had a very good defensive performance against Utd and was one of the main reasons we performed so well up until the goal. He has been a big disappointment so far though.

How are these 2 teams even allowed to play in a tournament they have already signed up to never playing in again.

I think levy sacked Jose now as fans will be at the game on Sunday and the booing would of been an embarrassment to his ‘brand Hotspur’

Levy might be stupid, but he is not dumb! He sees this firing of Jose as an excellent distraction from the horrendous decision to join this new "wonder league". Especially now that his team will probably not finish in the top-4 of the PL.
