What did Mikel learn from Pep &

Wenger? He spent a few seasons under Wenger and was Pep's assistant for 2 or 3 years.

His football philosophy is nothing like Pep's or Arsene's. Young manager's usuaully play attacking football. The panic, weak mentality we see in our play transmits from him to the players.

We have exciting young players coming through the acedemy, do you trust Mikel to help these young players reach their potential, I DON'T. We might actually lose some of them because of Mikel

Football rarely works like that anyway.

How many of Alex Ferguson's players or Assistant's went on to be decent managers?

Not sure why Arteta is magically going to be decent when he's shown almost zero managerial ability

He's managed to win the FA Cup within months of taking up his first ever solo managerial job.

And a place in a Europa semifinal in his second season.

Sounds like a student who's already well ahead of the curve.

Well we should be getting to the semi in the Europa, so I guess in club expectation terms he’s doing what is asked but sadly not in the league where we arrc12 pts begins Leicester which is unacceptable.

From Wenger: lack of mental strength. From Pep: how to put cones out.

His league form is disgusting. That’s where a team/players/coach earn their money. I very much doubt he’ll win EL either

If we win Europa then he’s learnt killer instinct if not nothing

Actaually sounds more like a student who inherited a job already half done and made it to a semi final his team was always destined to get to regardless, due to the weakness of the opposition faced in the comp generally.

1. Rude to and TERRIBLE at dealing with players because he refuses to listen to anyone, even those vastly more experienced than himself.

2. Full of massively unwarranted arrogance.

3. 100% unable or unwilling to either see or accept when he's made an error and back pedal to fix it. (aka Capt. Double-Down on wrong).

4. Plays personal favourites and grinds personal axes even to the playing detriment of the team.

5. Is utterly blind to his players' personal weaknesses and strengths, seemingly believing he's such an amazing manager he can make them not matter at all.

Any one of those flaws on it's own is enough to make anyone terrible at managing a football club. And Arteta has all 5 rigidly through him. When a student is repeatedly getting plain basics so wrong because he's just too arrogant to see/admit it. They are a really bad student who is far behind the learning curve, not a really good student far ahead of it. One of those would have comfortably qualified this team for CL by right this season or at least come damned close to it. But then one of those would also have... instantly dropped Ozil, not been a d! ck with Guen, kept Emi or not be forcing Leno to play out, long dropped Bellerin, never have loaned out Guen and AMN, had Saliba playing and just generally used the squad at his disposal considerably better than Arteta has. Which is why they'd have succeeded where Arteta has failed miserably.

I am starting to think Arteta should be gone as soon as fans come back to stadium, especially, if we don’t win Europa which, tbh, looks impossible.
