Hard to know with these legal matters. The fact that JP Morgan have withdrawn their finances would presumably be something in itself that would potentially void the contracts signed. The contracts would surely be signed with the stipulation of the finance being available to make it viable. Real are reportedly in debt to the tune of £1.01 billion. Barca are £1.04 billion in the red. No wonder they’re desperate to try and screw money out of the English clubs.

Should Real, Barca, Juvenile succeed and get the £130 million they are chasing, EUFA should consider dining them for breaching EUFA rules.
