I assume the comments linking Heed & Timmy to Pedro were a joke.

Even if there was a connect ( which there isn't ), Celtic fans get tore

into both of them and have done so for years. No Rangers fan has done

that with Pedro - he's tolerated and on occasionally supported in these

behaviours by some.

Pedro's a hate filled malevolent who's reflex action is personal abuse.

That's why he's been kicked off of here umpteen times.

Know what's a bit odd - rangers celebrated their 100th anniversary in 1973, but are celebrating their 150th anniversary in 2022.

Until fairly recently there was an understanding Rangers were founded in 1873, hence in the 70s they celebrated the 100 years in 1973.

There was some more research in to the origins of the club for a book at the start of this century which uncovered the club was founded a few months earlier than originally thought in 1872 rather than 1873. The club updated things as a result.

Yeah there was, the club maintained the 1873 date for a while after the book until the evidence became too difficult to ignore.

Rangers have a couple of really good historians involved with the club and they do a "Gallant Pioneers tour" which is actually really good just from a history perspective. Those were the guys behind the book along with Gary Ralston and ultimately they found something that showed the club officially formed slightly earlier than first thought. Fairly recent discovery though, pretty sure within the last 20 years.
