We all know/expect one or two big sales this summer. So who do we think will go and where do we see the squad changing?
GKs - as you were. Not sure what we do with McCrorie.
Defence - I can see Helander going. Easily double our money. Edmundson to leave permanently also.
Most likely bring in another CB and send Katic on loan till January.
Can't see any change at LB or RB unless Barisic romps it at the Euro's and a silly offer comes in from England.
Midfield - Zungu loan ended, no permanent transfer.
Kamara most likely to command a premium fee. I'd rather he stays but feel he could go.
We've got the boy from Bournemouth coming in but I've no idea what kind of player he is. We need an enforcer if Jack is going to become injury prone.
Forwards - I see the most activity here. Defoe will go. I have a feeling Roofe might end up down south. We'll make a profit and for me he won't be a big loss. Itten with more game time could contribute in a front 3.
I think we might be tested with some offers for Hagi but if we are then they need minimum 4x what we paid to begin talks. Wright for me can be a match up for his place in the squad.
Kent, the rumoured £15m from Leeds needs a lot more before Gerrard will allow those talks to happen. I think he'll stay.
The big question is Morelos. I think it all depends on the CL qualifiers. If we make the groups then he'll get a new contract with a pay rise and probably a transfer clause in it.
So all in, I think we'll see a bit of activity. Plenty big transfers but I don't think it will affect the core of the team too much. It sounds a lot but when you look across the road and see the rebuild required from our nearest rivals then it's night and day.
In terms of incomings then some of the rumours look to be decent recruitment in terms of value for money and given recent times then I have every faith in the way our business would be conducted.
Do I see us going after any Scottish based players? Possibly.
Ali McCann from St Johnstone or Josh Doig from Hibs are two that spring to mind as squad options.
