Time to send a message!

Tottenham's supporters group are planning a protest in the final home game of the season and warn #THFC that "change is coming"

Levy and co must be held accountable for the situation at the club.
Team not refreshed with quality players, managers not backed and sacking a manager less than a week before a cup final and replace him with a total noob?

Time for a new structure at the club. A DoF must be appointed and Levy has no say in targeting players during transfer window.

I certainly will not be protesting against the club. Completely pointless exercise. Just be careful what you wish for. Often it is better the devil you know.

The only reason I shall be back at WHL is to get fully behind the club.

I'd like the anti-Levy lot to point to a club of comparable size & status to us who, in ENICs time as owners, have progressed as much as us.

If you glance at the league table of 2000/01 when ENIC took control, you will see Spurs looking up from their 12th place at the likes of Villa, Charlton, Ipswich Leeds, Sunderland, Newcastle.

We have elevated ourselves from true mediocrity to the fringes of the elite, an elite that is financed by the pocket money of billionaires or the vast wealth of the biggest clubs in the land who enjoyed the Sky 4 cartel status for so long.

That same table, by the way, will show you City being relegated.

We have failed to win cups along the way and this is a massive failing that is not just on Levy, a succession of high quality managers and players have been complicit in this failure too.

If you review the paths taken of many of those above us since 2001, you will see a story of relegation, financial crisis, hard times, turmoil. 4 of them have been down to the 3rd tier!

The rest are Arsenal, Liverpool, United, Chelsea.

While' Spurs rise to join these teams has been glacial in its pace, it has happened, its happened organically and while football fortunes ebb and flow, our overall trend has been upwards. Many others of similar size and status has not been, some disastrously so.

As time passes, the need for more money to be successful become evermore critical and the stadium will bring us closer to this. We already match/exceed Chelsea and Arsenals revenues.

ENIC/Levy are accountable for their decisions and managers/transfers are their call but nobody gets it right all the time. Chelsea, United, Liverpool even City have made plenty of bad choices amongst the good ones.

But for me this is not reason alone for the Board to depart, especially at a time of great economic uncertainty and when the massive potential of the new WHL can start to make an impact on how we can operate. Something we have already seen in our unprecedented levels of spending since it opened.

The ESL was a disgrace but many are simply jumping on this as an excuse to demand the Board go. You can understand why we would not want to be left on the outside and we were blinded by the invitation to join the elite that we wannabe so much. We should have been much cleverer about it and could have come out of this with real kudos, but we didnt. But again, not a reason alone to change owners, in my view.

For me the next appointment and how we develop from here, utilising the massive resources of the new stadium, is massive. This is a watershed moment because after the fantastic Poch era, the awful Jose era was a big mistake. We are at a critical point in time with this squad and need to push on again or risk real decline.

Nobody sees Spurs as a big club

LOL, like Chelsea were ever seen as a big club, take away the money, and Fulham were for many years the bigger club in West London. And they were very likeable.

Total and utter rubbish.
You misunderstand.......
the reason why Tottenham fans want ENIC gone is their abysmal failure to put together a winning season for the last hundred years (or that what is seems like to fans). And that was long before ESL fiasco surfaced.

It doesn`t matter who the manager is Ted. Nobody will get this bunch of losers to amount to much.

Beyond caring who the new manager will be in all honesty. Whatever happens it will take a five year rebuild now.

You want ENIC gone, who exactly will replace them Ted, and service the stadium debt. You must have some idea if you want ENIC out.

The next owners that come in will be just as interested in profit as Enic. Who is going to put down billions to buy us and then not care about the return? Only someone who would use it as a play thing!

Enic are going nowhere but there does have to be some more focus from them on the football, not just the profit

You could say the same thing about more focus on football to the new owners.
And maybe they might listen.......
since winning leads to mor eprofit!
