Seems to be mellowing almost Fergie style in his 13th year of management. I mean I would have hooked of Cancelo even after 20 minutes because he was that bad, but the manager gave him another 10 minutes in the 2nd half. Hand on heart when Arteta left I thought Pep would struggle with the dressing room especially after losing Kompany who basically ran that dressing room.
But hats of to Pep he has adjusted his management style almost to arm over the shoulder type of manager this season and he has managed to drag some players who were struggling or seemed out of favour.
I would love for him to give Aguero an opportunity to sign of in style but for me Pep is having his best ever season as manager of the club.

Not uncommon for top ex players to go straight into, or very close to straight into, jobs at the top of management. Their playing career effectively was their training.

Most chefs have to learn their trade somewhere and go through years of training. They don’t just start at a Michelin restaurant with whatever they want
