Arteta was very lucky tonight , we're still in the match due to a fortunate penalty , despite his team selection and formation.

Leaning points for return leg

1. Drop Dani Ceballos' , he has now nearly cost us in the last three rounds with mistakes.

2. Play a f##king striker

3. Play Xhaka in midfield not FB

Second leg will still be very difficult , not confident that we wont concede which means we will probably need to score 3.

We could not.win our first major European trophy since 94 and then sack our manager straight after. He'd be deserving of more time.

This summer and the start of next season is make or break for arsenal. I don't think arsenal will get rid even if.we get knocked out next week

Arteta saying in his interview we missed a presence in the opposition box! Then why did you play with no striker!!?

Surely Ceballos is serving a one match ban, so would miss the second leg anyway.

The referee has kept you in the tie by gifting you a farcical penalty after Saka hung out a leg and fouled the Villarreal player, before diving to the floor and yelping like he had been shot.

No, he just has to go, end of. If by some miracle he flukes his arrogant feck way into the EL final and the players win the game. Arteta STILL needs to be sacked.

No feckin way should we be letting that arrogant fool anywhere near what would be a CL qualifying shot next season. Not unless you wanna see us bounced straight out in the qualifier. We can't afford to risk the CL on him and his dumbass crap football tactics which have no business winning anything, let alone a european trophy.

If THE PLAYERS can pull this off then they will blatantly have won it in spite of Arteta, not because of him. They'll have truly earned the CL shot and would not deserve to have Arteta dragging them down next season too. And as fans we don't deserve to have to sit through another season of his crap. HE HIMSELF is the problem so no amount of transfers or time will fix that. He's GOT to go!

Oh I thought it just got you into that qualifying match still. Never mind, in terms of Arteta it's moot. This wouldn't be something he achieved because he was the right man for the job. He's literally blundered his way to this point, it wasn't part of some master plan he had.

As I've said, the EL is essentially the PLAYER'S achievement in spite of Arteta's repeated season long blunders. If the players can pull this off then they more than anyone deserve to see Arteta sacked and a manager who knows what he's doing and isn't an arrogant petty fool, brought in to take them through their well earned CL return.

Just imagine what the team might be ale to do with a manager who uses the right players, plays the right way and gets good form out of 15-20 players instead of Arteta's mere 2 or 3.

If you win the Europa then you're going to have to give Arteta some credit for it. It can't just be a fluke if he wins an FA Cup and a Europa League when the previous manager with a better CV didn't win anything.
