I might have missed it?

But no mention of the ‘unsavoury incident’ at Ibrox last week? Wasn’t aware until saw comments on the Herald site that all the papers have been alerted to the evidence but nobody will run the story? To be fair, the player shouted it and didn’t do the snidey cupped whisper thing.

I'm very serious about racism which is why I've asked about it

For what it's worth I do recall early 90's when jobs and flats were still posted in shop windows the very rare no Irish at the end.

Was very rare then although I know was sadly still common in 80's and 70's

Genuinely wondering though what shape or form the discrimination takes now as I just can't see it.

Strangely my wife's family use that term more than mine. Despite have as much Irish roots as me.

Are people trying to suggest it's the same as the n word?

Also if you ain't Irish or your link is as strong as mine does that stray into cultural appropriation?

That's another thing I'm genuinely curious about, when does cultural appreciation become appropriation?

The lassie from little mix and Adele getting called out for it and accused of racism. How does that work

‘Are people trying to suggest it's the same as the n word?’

Is it used in a derogatory, derisory fashion, in a similar way??

I’ve no idea about cultural appropriation-but again, does you have to be Irish to mention Irish racism?

And have no idea about Adele or little mix-apart from rangers fans being upset about not beating them in the charts.

I've listened to that clip ten times and I can't make out what he's saying. Maybe I need to improve my weegie.

I'm partially deaf so I had no chance of figuring out what was said.. gave it many listens and still none the wiser 😂
