Fundraising for Wayne Rooney Statue

In the Derby Telegraph last night, it was reported Mel Morris has started a campaign to raise funds for a statue of Wayne Rooney outside Pride Park in gratitude for saving them from League 1.
As Mel himself has said he is skint i.e. is down to his last £400m, the campaign is to raise funds from Rams fans and the public in general.
Please give generously - I've made a promising start by rooting down the backs of our sofas and have turned up 7p and 3 dog biscuits.
Collection bins have been set up underneath the photo of ex manager Philip Cockup.

You are too much!! Stop it! Please!! I'll never live this down if you keep embarrassing me like this. You're making me feel that I need to go and hide some place there is never anyone around - Pride Park maybe?

View, why are you giving this troll and key board warrior the time of day. Just ignore it and it will go back to its room until mum says it's time for tea.

You’re right Spart - I should know better, it’s too easy though and I was a little bored 😐

Stop it Spart - you're making me embarrassed all over again!! I noticed that you have made zero contribution to Wayne's statue fund. Too tight or hasn't mummy given you your pocket money this week? Now run along, you silly little boy

Rooney can pay for his own statue, but it would be at Old Trafford.

Unlike Derby who don't even own their own ground!
