Protests

Anyone seen the planned protests outside the stadium this weekend? Has this gained any traction and is anyone planning on going from JA606?

I believe there is one planned for both Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th.

I never get involved in these things but I'm so facked off with Spurs right now I'm tempted to go, trouble is I don't know who I'm more facked off with, the players, ENIC or Levy

n.b. I actually rate Levy but I think he needs to step away from the Football decisions and stick to the commercial side.

Yes I have seen stuff on social media about these protests. Total waste of time.

I can understand it but I do wonder about the motives of those attending. Something tells me that most that turn up will be doing so because they're not happy with things at Spurs in general rather than any kind of ESL focus. It's a lot easier to attack owners for the Super League plans when they've been pretty woeful at everything else. Let's be real. We only really want Levy out because he keeps sacking managers and fails to recruit properly by investing well. That's the truth.

There's a reason we've not heard a peep from the City fans lately. They're absolutely ecstatic with the owners, manager and players. That's why they're not protesting. Arsenal have protested for much the same reason as us. United, whilst sitting pretty in 2nd and in a cup final, have never liked the Glazers and have a warped sense of entitlement. A cup and 2nd place still won't be enough for them. They've been spoilt for the last 30 years.

I just don't see the point really. It's not going ahead, there will be punishments and none of the top 6 clubs will force owners out. What can be gained other than the disruption of a game being called off at a crucial time during our desperate run to secure a Europa League place for next season.

Meh. If there is one thing spurs fans don’t do well it’s protest. Will be about 50 people there with a couple banners. I won’t be attending despite WHL being a five minute walk away. Complete waste of time.

Most that turn up will be the rent a crowd mob, same that turn up to all the protest marches, same that rampaged at Manchester last week bored yuppies

Levy is an accountant and should not be making football decisions.

I won`t be there myself, but I hope these protests are well attended and full of hate towards ENIC.

This club is going nowhere under ENIC`s ownership, and something needs to change.
