nah I refuse to join as last tournament a rather suspect amount of people from the same direct office as the organiser all got the best teams while everyone else in the building got complete trash.

I even called them cheats to their faces.

I think it was the rugby world cup 2019

I think our office with 5 people got literally every single "no hoper" like canada and namibia etc.

Their office had france, new zeland, southafrica, england and australia.

the other office got the mid rankers.

We do sealed envelopes for sweepstakes. Not opened until everyone has paid and picked.

much fairer.

We also have a "weekly" sweepstake with the manufacturing section. Pound in each, winners takes all. Its not a day to go to the floor unless you want to donate a pound as its always "won" in the area which is fair enough, howver when the 1000 pound annual recognition awards are also picked by open nomination but only past winners get to pick and guess what? only people form certain sections win.

In other words they are all rotten cheats

All 8 get an elite team and 2 'B' teams. Winning elite team gets 40 quid, top scoring B team gets a tenner.

Sounds like a decent one. We were going to just do an 8 player one with just our office staff but eventually more people wanted to be included so we ended up with 2 each.

Who did you draw?

What is the current status of this tournament? Is it still going to be played all around Europe or have they stopped all that?

We usually do it so you get 2 teams for your money, and have 2 pots with half the ‘seeded’ better teams in 1 of them so most people get at least 1 side with a chance.

We have done that but somebody has been left with Wales and Poland. It could have been worse though, it could have been Wales and North Macedonia.
