Journalists drenched at OT

No idea if they showed this on TV, but various sources, including MEN and BBC, are reporting that journalists in one particular area of the ground were drenched this afternoon thanks to the (growing) holes in the OT roof.

Fans have been complaining for years that the problems with the rooves of the SAF stand and Stretty have been worsening, and that nothing has been done to address them.

MEN have reported that stewards have apologised to one journo whose laptop was totalled by the rain.

Shame the club doesn’t generate enough revenue to fix facking holes in the facking infrastructure which have been there for season upon season upon season.

These cuuuuunts won’t spend a penny on the ground until it collapses around 76,000 people.

"Rooves" made my night to be fair

Someone has to keep the rooves alive, Barry.

Or we’ll all end up coloring our aluminum gray. Or something.

What's rooves in Portuguese?

My phone wouldn't even write rooves btw. I had to MAKE it. It corrected to removes and then Reeves. I don't know anyone called Reeves, not well anyway.

No big surprise when you are the second club in a city

These continual soakings of fans and journalists because of a leaky roof make this story ever more ironic:

Old Trafford is really basic for a club the size of ours, doesn’t overly bother me though (then again, I don’t get soaked).

The food and beverage selection needs to be improved though.

‘Telhados’ (literally ‘tileds’ ). There’s a nice simplicity to a lot of everyday Portuguese nouns.

Not the verbs, though. The verbs can go fack themselves.

It’s not called Old Toillet for nothing 👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Or Old Toilet either
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m pretty sure Old Toillet is the name of the aftershave my dad used to buy by the box from a lad called Trenchcoat in the Blue Bell car park.

You don’t want either a cold hot dog or dangerously scalding hot pie, a yorkie and a drink for £7?
