End of Season Review/Awards

Yeah I know there are 3 games left for Spurs but the season is as good as dead anyway. Doubt much will change in that space of time.

Player of the Season - Kane

Most underrated POTS - Lloris

Most overrated POTS - Moura (perhaps slightly harsh)

Most improved POTS - Ndombele

Most disappointing POTS - Bergwijn

Best performance - 6-1 away at United

Worst performance - Cup final or defeat to Zagreb

Best goal - Kane vs Palace/Ndombele vs Sheff United

Moment that most encapsulates Spurs' season - Sanchez headbutting the ground as he attempts to prevent a goal

Feel free to add your own.

Moment that most encapsulates Spurs’ season - being outthought tactically by a team whose manager is in jail

This has just made me proper LOL

What an absolutely shambolic season we’ve had.

Having a chance to win the EFL when on 65 minutes we’d weathered the City storm, and bringing on Sissoko

So Spursy

Bergwijn has been poor but besides Son all of our attacking midfielders have been rubbish, Jose has a lot to answer for.

Bergwijn had a great scoring record before joining us, just needs a manager to sort it out. I’m hoping he can make the right wing position his next season with an attacking manager as I believe he will come good.

There's a gulf in quality between the PL and the Eredivisie, hence why people like Tadic are able to be among the top scorers in the league there and couldn't get more than 7 goals here.

Berg has shown he has quality but his finishing ability still remains a question mark for me after a whole season of not scoring. His goal record in the Netherlands and a few goals in his first few months doesn't convince me he can add a good amount of goals to his game, but I hope so.

Who else is there? Kane? Possibly, but he was already exceptional.

Best 5 players this season:

Kane
Son
Lloris
N’Dombele (up until the last few weeks)
Holjberg (he has been completely overworked though)

Worst:

Doherty
Sanchez
Dier
Aurier
Winks

Biggest disappointment:

Lo Celso(after his injury)
Bale( good in parts... usually against weak opposition)
Bergwijn (wtf!!)
Reguilon (after his injury)
Sissoko

Special mention disappointment:

Dele Ali (where has he been, for the last 3 seasons?!!)
