10 years ago, we scored 3 goals in the space of 7 minutes to secure our 3rd title in a row and the 54th in our history
Back then, this kind of thing was somewhat the norm for us
If we didn't win a major trophy within a season, it was seen as a disaster
We all used to think that was as bad as it could get for us...oh how wrong we were.
The events of 2012 were worse than a nightmare
The thought of my club ceasing to exist, of never being able to go to Ibrox again, of there being no Rangers.....it doesn't bear thinking about
Thankfully it didn't come to that, and I was there in 2012 when we took to the field in our first home league game in the fourth tier against East Stirlingshire.....to see Ibrox full to the rafters yet again after the most turbulent summer in our history was something to behold.......but it was hardly a walk in the park after that for us
Sure we had some minor success on our way back up the leagues, but it was bloody hard going
Over the last 10 years, its 100% factually correct to say we have watched the worst Rangers teams in history, it's not even up for debate.
Everything that happened off the field was like years and years of constant torture, and just when we thought we could start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, sure enough, something else would happen to reduce our great club to a laughing stock once again
I was there when we lost 2-1 at home to Annan
We were humbled in the cups..again and again and again.
Getting dumped out the league cup by Forfar when we'd hardly kicked a baw
My daughter was born in 2013, and was christened in April 2014.....we lost the Ramsdens Cup final to Raith the very same day
That playoff vs Motherwell with Mohsni throwing punches....dear god
I got married in May 2016....my father in law gave me a magic hat as part of his wedding speech.....at almost exactly the same time as that was happening, David Gray scored the winner for Hibs at Hampden

It's been a long road, a very long road, but finally today, we can put all of that behind us at long long last, as we are back at the top of the tree once again
Today it hit me just how long a journey it has been for us, how much things have changed since we were last in this position, and how much I've missed all this.
There was a tear in my eye when that trophy was lifted today
It means so so much
I hope we never again have to suffer anything remotely close to what we have this past 10 years......and it would be nice if we could have a similar feeling to what we've had today in another 12 months, but I don't think anything will compare to what this title win meant this year.

I can absolutely understand a hospitality business being annoyed at seeing them whilst they can't open. But the scenes of Saturday aren't the reason they're still closed to indoors.
Unless bars and stuff got damaged. Which is possible.

Think the other thing is hospitality wasn't open at Ibrox on Saturday. Not like the players bar would have been selling anything to the players or staff, it would be a free bar.
Normally would make it's money through selling to guests, family & friends who are in with the players but it was a private function. Whether rules were broken or not with that I'm not sure, but they weren't trading or open to the public.

Like I’ve said, if others that feel aggrieved want to take up the fight, then that’s up to them. I imagine if there was a way to circumvent rules, then folk in the trade would be aware of them.

The video is probably doctored.
Like the one last year from Parkhead with Morelos being racially abused. Although a lot of Rangers fans on here seemed to be prepared to accept that one at face value.

No it was never intended as a celebration.
I've followed the organisation of it over the past 11 months and it was always meant as a show of strength and they were marching on George Square from Ibrox Ibrox regardless of the police or anyone else.
That's just the facts and it's all there on FF and elsewhere.
