A decade ago we finished at the bottom of the league and appointed Big Sam as our saviour to get us out of the Championship. To be fair to him, he pulled us out of the championship at his first attempt, and steady the ship for the next three years.
In the meantime, we left Boleyn grounds and moved into a new shiny stadium, established ourselves as a solid PL team, and finished 6th in this season.
In the same time, Spurs finished in the top6 continuously except the last season and that spot is filled by West Ham.
Now, they have a new manager, who looks like a pond shop version of Mourinho. My question is, will they reclaim their top6 spot next season possibly at the expense of West Ham? I don't think so...and I feel they are in a negative spiral.

I saw my mate yesterday coming out of William Hills. He said “I’ve just put a tenner on Spurs finding a permanent manager before the start of the season”
I asked him what odds he got? “500-1” he replied.
I thought that sounds like a good return…….
But he had it in a double with the Portuguese police finding Madeleine McCann.
