As eggs are eggs, you can always rely on:
Chelsea - nice home game to start.
Arsenal - start with a promoted team
Liverpool - start with a promoted team.
Oh and Spurs - yeah, lets give them a start against the best team in the division. I am only surprised we start with a home game. That's usually doesn't happen.

The home game against City was your best performance last season. Maybe the fixture gods thought they give you a chance to kick off your season in style

Hopefully Pep gets to see the awful performance of Sterling! It might be an incentive to try to find him another home.
btw: How many times must announcers have to say something like "his first touch failed him" or "he just didn't manage to control the ball" each time Sterling messes up on perfect through-ball passes before someone in City management wakes up and pays attention? Yes, he is fast, but so are greyhounds, but there are not any greyhounds in the PL!
