Not even sure we were ever considering the guy, Victor likes a smokescreen, 2019 we were allegedly chasing Adams all summer and signed Eddie on loan.
Budgets are budgets, I guess De Paul would have swallowed up money we spent on Rapha and Llorente, if offered a swap deal now, would you take it?

See no issue with loan deals. Plenty of PL clubs do them. As said, you get a look at a player, how they adapt to the league, the squad etc. Also facilitates adding an extra player with less concern over budgets.

not a chance. we have two really important cogs there but when its not your money you can dream.
