David Pleat stepped in for far longer than Mason did and I dont recall it being reported in the same way. Technically we have gone far longer without a manager if an interim manager doesn't count.
That aside...is Potter worth the reported 15m buy out?

In other news, I was speaking to a mate over the weekend who works for the club (Not another ITK comment I hear you say!) and while he can’t say much, he did hint that our finances are fairly screwed at the moment. Martinez is 100 per cent the new incoming manager, and he is doing a brilliant job with the Belgium side. He has a defence with three 34 year plus players in it, playing out of their skin and being so organised.
Martinez will be a great manager for Spurs. And will be announced after the Euros.

I don't believe we being turned down like the media suggest but I don't think we dealing with the manager search very well. This delay will have an affect and with a large scale rebuild needed next season will be a write off.

Agreed to an extent. I don't actually think we need a rebuild we just need better coaching and to get rid of sissoko, aurier, winks, Lamela...all bench players that aren't good enough or want to leave.
