So, The Three Musketeers...

back reporting for pre-season duty!

Long-old season ahead for our potent creative genius Hudson-Odoi, best striker Tammy & strongest finisher Anjorin of all our academy players.

Starting with the genius -

Two seasons in-a-row our generational talent putting up elite numbers, astonishing given what he's gone through.
More of the same this season, playmaking supremo

Level of ingenuity doesn't truly reflect in assists stat (but overwhelmingly does in the underlying advanced metrics, reaffirming what I've alrady known & see).
Doesn't do Cal' outrageous output & playmaking ability justice, a massive disserve in fact. Should already have been on double assists figure past two season, if not for the fact that he had to rely on (bad) finishing.

Someone will eventually profit from his creative mastery: https://video.twimg.com/amplify_video/1402597041172254726/vid/1266x720/IPZK3lh7Rmn2fbDF.mp4
(Need most of these type of high-quality actions translating to direct goals contributions this season!)
Victim of forwards (notably Werner) not putting the ball in back of the net.
Strong season (curtailed by non-meritocratic choices)...damn sight more impactful, threatening and productive than Pulisic, in all areas.

Cal on the left...Tuchel, deliver on this, you wont regret it!
The one-time he started on left, with freedom to roam - https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1370509459240464385/pu/vid/1280x624/KITxtDYtjkwu_ntv.mp4 - Excellence!
Peerless attacker that thrives on responsibility, with xfactor which defenders can't cope with.
Brady, Robertson, Zinchencko, Ake, Bellerin, Saka and many others can attest to that as prominent examples

Hudson-Odoi' footballing capacity far exceeds all our current attackers.
The complete package who is a menace on the left, middle or right setback by a horror injury. Synergy (chemistry) and ability to forge partnerships is second to none.
Can do it all, coaches dream. Highest ceiling of all, that will probably end up in the middle further along his career.
The Germans know a piece of advanced technology when they see it. Cal is a supreme piece of technology. Phenomenon.

Seen Callum been described as a 'pure winger'.
Viewing him as a pure winger is where you are going wrong, a great misconception.
No pure winger has the top standard of passing range like this:

https://video.twimg.com/ext_tw_video/1408197008284860419/pu/vid/1280x720/lN0jH_8UsVGMnh3z.mp4 and the numbers comparable to De Bruyne and Grealish. Too simplistic & obtuse to categorise him as that.
A badly misunderstood prodigious talent.

As this vid aptly illustrates it's his variety & unpredictably that is precisely what sets him apart from the rest...he's not your typical run-of-the-mill one-dimensional PL wide attacker like A.Traore, James, Townsend etc...

The above qualities also separates him from our current attackers...many strings to Cal's bow & repertoire (that are essential in breaking-down low compact sides).
Notable decision-making, depth, variation and angles to his final third play.

Now I'm sure the rumour is baseless (which 99% of ♻️ transfer rumours are, silly season), but on the off-chance Traore is under serious consideration & Tuchel has anything to do with Traore which as a result blocks Livramento (or others) path...should be revoked of having any say or influence on transfers for the foreseeable. Misplaced.
Traore hasn't improved one iota from youth to mid 20s...stayed the same substandard unproductive level (plays without speed of thought, brain doesn't work as fast as feet, all brawn and no 🧠) there is no scope for exponential growth with that one.
Hasn't had to contend with any long-term debilitating injuries either. Avoid like the plague!
Don't need to waste the outlay on a player that's not worth the demand, at the expense of bringing through Cobhams mass pool of talent. Factory for producing top-class..

Lastly, If the intention is to progress in build-up play, Timo should be consigned to the bench.

Minutes per chance created 2020-21:

25 De Bruyne
27 Grealish
33 Bruno Fernandes
33 Hudson-Odoi
33 Mount
35 Ziyech
35 Groß
37 Shaw
39 Alexander-Arnold
39 Barkley
41 Maddison

Minutes per chance created from open play:

31 Grealish
33 Hudson-Odoi
34 De Bruyne
40 Bruno Fernandes
41 Rodrigo

The one constant outlier as per usual is our greatest young talent.
The rest don't come close. The day he starts taking set-pieces, he'll be up their in a league of his own.

Excellent article for a future Dortmund player

Dream on

Our 100m+ player is here for the long haul.
Club would never sell or loan 100m+ player in Hudson-odoi as a bargaining chip.

Much too good and unique to be plying his trade elsewhere and not making use of his quality here at Chelsea.
