I have always wondered how the property side of this factors in to THFCs finances. Spurs are quite big land owners in the area and not just the land around the stadium.

If and when we develop this land does the money go into the 'club'. Will it help football operations of is it a separate entity?

Looks like its a separate entity which makes sense. The property forms part of tottenham community so you wouldn't want a new clueless owner buying up everything without consideration of history or the community.

Absolutely, always the way with corporate companies and I've worked in a fair few

Highlights again why us fans need to be cleverer. There's clearly some entities where Fans would get an easier seat at the table. We should be trying to grow influence in all the subsidiaries.

So when Some say Enic out..its good for them to understand how complex and intertwined the companies are.

Well the structure is just the ownership of shares.
It is clear that ENIC out means buying the shares owned by Lewis & Levy as shown at the top of the ownership tree..

I have said for some time that those who want ENIC out do not understand how corporate companies operate. I would suggest other clubs such as United, City & Liverpool may also have complex structures and interwoven companies👍

You're not buying operating logic.....you're buying the shares so that you have the power to change the operation.

This is old news and we still need rid of ENIC if we want see Spurs lifting silverware

Every year. If Enic started to do this would they still want Enic out?
