We've had over a 100k deaths here due to the government’s incompetence yet support for them is very high. They even used the pandemic to line the pockets of friends and their backers. Or take a look at Grenfell Tower incident. People already seem to have forgotten about that. But I guess since it's mainly immigrants who died, it's water of a ducks back in ol blighty.

So death of people here doesn't move people as you might have thought. Why would deaths in Qatar do the same? Ah, its because England didn't get the World Cup and so the English are upset.

The thread was the OP equating those players making a stand against Racism in the UK should be boycotting Qatar due to deaths there when it came to the construction of the stadiums (despite death happening elsewhere due to governments and their treatment of people).

Unless The FA of multiple countries take a stance, it will go ahead. And if they do want to boycott, they'll have to boycott themselves and allied nations for their own issues.
