Apparently Kane told people at his brothers wedding he was leaving for £160 million and for 400k a week.

Tbh I can’t see Harry going around boasting about that but who knows.

So BBC are really pulling out the anti Spurs stops today. Not only a larger than normal picture of Kane with the transfer to City "gossip" headline, but the wonderful Simon Stine has decided to chuck his 2 bob's worth into the mix. ( like that is wanted )

Included within this tripe, he states "Kane has made in clear he want's to leave Spurs and City were always viewed as his preferred club"

Funny that. Has anyone, literally anyone, read or heard anything directly from Kane ( or Spurs ) to that effect ???

Nobody is denying he wants to leave Luka mate, but at the end of the day, we hold the power here as he’s still on a 3 year contract. If Harry truly wants out, he will have to kick up a fuss and refuse to play e.g Berbatov. Can you see him doing that to his boyhood club? Not a chance. So, if City are not willing to pay the 160 mil we want, which according to very reliable Spurs journalists, it’s the only price we would even consider, then Kane will have to dust his tears off, knuckle down and fight for the club that pays him 200k a week. If City ain’t serious and won’t go anywhere near our 160 mil price, then Kane stays simple as mate

He could also have been putting pressure on Levy and ENIC to show some proper ambition for once and to match his own ambitions. Letting them know if they do not bring in some better players to make us competitive, then he would rather leave.

I do not think Kane is desperate to leave Spurs, but rather he would leave because it is clear ENIC have no desire to compete at the top of the league.

Kane is probably just like most of us Spurs fans, he loves the club but is fed up with the owners lack of real ambition to win silverware.
