There's a further problem with this embargo.

If we don't sign anybody before the start of the season, and it's looking increasingly unlikely we will, then we have to pick a team for the first game.

If we pick players who are yet to make a professional appearance then they will count against the quota. Do we have enough players fit for each position to avoid that? If we don't, then that acts as a transfer deadline unless we forfeit the match.

Mel needs to get the accounts re-issued to give the club a chance of coming out of the embargo. Mel has put the club in the dire situation. No chance of a takeover because he still wants to be involved with the car cash he caused
