Rules:-

TACTICS:

Word Limit:
- 1000 Words (not counting starting 11, subs bench, set piece takers or sub instructions)

I will give you leeway of 50 words, anything over you lose a lot, two weeks in a row 2 slots etc

- Sub intructions kept as brief as possible, no massive long sets of new tactics.

Deadline:
- Deadline will be on the homepage each week. This is usually 12pm Monday for Weekend games and 7pm Wednesday for Midweek games. However this may change. Please chech the home page

- Tactics may be handed late when warning is given in advance. If no warning given before deadline they may be handed in a day late for 1 lost slot, or 2 days late for 2 lost slots. Any later, or no tactics at all will result in a automatic loss. 2-0 for the first time, 3-0 if the same happens the week after etc.

Other Rules:
- Any injured/Suspended players used in tactics will result in one lost slot, unless changed before the deadline, and be swapped out for the most appropriate player from your subs bench.

Rules for League Cup are 4 u21s in your squad of 18, must have 2 on at all time, also 1 youth player must be in your 18

TRANSFERS

Domestic:
- Domestic transfers are to be agreed between the two managers. Once agreed, please confirm the deal on Transfer Confirmation and update Squad page.
- Those looking after vacant clubs may not do deals between their two clubs. No deals using a third club as a go between for the purpose of transferring a player from your temp or permanent club to your other club are allowed.
- No pre deals, transfers can only be done if they can be completed at that time.

Foreigns:

. All signings be confirmed on transfer confirmation.
- As with FIFA rules, no player under the age of 18 from outside of Europe is available for transfer. If a player under 18 completes a pre deal with a club inside the league, he may be signed. If he competes a pre deal with a club outside of the league he will sign for that team. However as per rules he cannot play until he turns 18.
- Transfers cannot be cancelled once confirmed(not confirming on the TC’s is not a way out of this).

If you sell a player to foreigns you must wait 4 months from the date of sale to buy him back if not already bought by someone else

Youths
A) If a player moves from club to club in the league you will receive £0m
B) If a player moves to a foreign club, you may only receive a fee if that player has made a first team appearance IRL and at his TM value not the transfer fee, if he hasn't made a first tem appearance you receive £0m

LOANS:

Domestic:
- Max 7 IN and 10 OUT
- Minimum loan time of 4 weeks
- Must agree on recall/no recall when confirming the deal. If this doesn’t happen, the club receiving the loan player will be favoured in any argument.
- If a recallable loan is recalled for the purpose of being sold 25% of TM value (rounded up to the nearest 0.5m) of player will be paid by the selling club to the loaned club.
- If a non recallable loan is sold it is at the discretion of the manager of the loaned club to decide whether the player can be recalled by his new club and at what price.

Foreign:
_ you must ask for a loan on foreign page, if you foreign you must post on your page with the date they are foreigned, they can only be brought back 4 weeks after they are loaned out.
- All players out on loan without the league must be posted on your page before being loaned out. Any one who doesn’t do this for the purpose of avoiding being unable to recall a player will receive an extra injury for the game week.
- Any player you wish to sell to a foreign club can be done via the Foreign Offers page.

SQUADS:
- Squad Limit = Max 30
- Foreign players(over 21 and not HG): = Max 18
- Homegrowns(3 years at an academy or club in England/Wales, irrespective of nationality, before age of 21): Min 6.
- Under 21s(21 or under on the 1st August 2022) = As many as wanted within 30 man squad limit.
- Max Loans in = 7
- Max Loans out = 10
- Academies = Each team is permitted two academies, one Homegrown, which consists of any player signed to the academy of an English or Welsh club, and the other a Foreign Academy, consisting of players of 19 years or younger on the 1st August 2022 from teams outside of England/Wales, and with 5 or less competitive international caps as of the 1st August 2022. Both academies have a maximum number of 5.
- Anyone whose squad is not within limits on the day of injuries being given will be given an extra injury for each player over or an injury for each foreign too many or each HG too little. This includes having extra academy/loan players.

INJURIES and SUSPENSIONS:
- You will be given 4 injuries per week from your 30 man squad via the random generator.
- Injuries will be in all competitions
- If someone doesn’t check the injuries list when signing a player and plays them in that game week, it is a slot lost. Please help each other if you are selling an injured player.
- Each week there will be one game with a red card, the game will be worked out via the generator. To award the red card in the game there will be a best of three spin between the two teams using the generator, followed by a spin to find out which player and when the red occurs(using 10 minute time periods), again this is done through the generator. The results person will then decide how the red effects the game.
- The player who receives the red will be suspended for the following domestic game.

Goalkeeper injuries/suspensions
you have 3 GKs in your squad and 2 are injured you may add a youth GK
If you have 2 GKs in your squad you must sign a new GK and lose a player from your squad and out out on loan

- Results will be done as follows
