Arsenal have made an inquiry for Inter Milan striker Lautaro MartÃnez during their ambitious summer in the transfer market.
Inter are determined to keep the 23-year-old Argentina striker as they attempt to defend the Italian title next season, and would prefer him to extend his contract which has two years left to run at San Siro.
But the interest shows that Arsenal's technical director, Edu, is aiming high in the market to get the club closer to a top four Premier League finish after missing out on European football altogether last season.

Obsession? I just think he's a great player. It's hardly a controversial opinion outside of the type of Arsenal fan who only rates a player if they smash it in from the halfway line. You probably spend your nights fiddling your buttthole to Charlie Adams.
