Just seen the lineup. Surprised Baker & Miazga are still on the books, proper forgotten men those two.

It was a poor game. Basically what you expect during pre season. Lot's of mistakes.

Cho was our best player in the first half and Borja was our best player in the 2nd half.

Tammy had a handful of chances in the first half. Really should've scored.

I also thought Gallagher was one of our worst players. Lots of sloppy passing. Gave away a free kick right outside the box and also lost the ball in the worst position possible sending a Bournemouth player through on goal 1v1.

Funny how some only find the negative to concentrate on.Tlll failed to mention a goaless first half from Kepa but early goal and three second half mistakes by Mendy so Kepa it is. It was pretty much the reserves playing against them so mistakes were expected.

I only caught the 2nd half but I don't think you can blame Mendy for the goal. Very poor defending maybe but not Mendy. I have nothing against Kepa and pleased he kept a clean sheet.

Re Gallagher, I didn't see his first half appearance but I heard it was great but his 2nd half performance did not reflect his first half. I can see why judging by the 2nd half performance he might receive some criticism.

I liked Brojas 2nd half display, took his goal well and held the ball up well in a Giroud stylee.

Really high hopes for Broja. I hope he is in the first team squad this season.
I didn’t see the game, but from the reports in the first half CHO, Gallagher and Drinkwater did ok. Of those I can only see CHO making the squad. Ziyech and Pulisic were hardly mentioned, and Abraham missed a few chances.
In the second half, Ugbo and particularly Broja did well - while RLC and Barkley were hardly mentioned. Too much dead wood.
