We have know about this for a few seasons now, there have been numerous weak, half asked attempts to bring in a back-up, support /replacement for Kane we have had all sorts, Soldado, Vinicius etc but have never seriously decided to invest in a top striker, we should have invested in a Watkins, Toney or similar instead we are waiting for Parrott to progress, could be a long wait

Yes but I could be wrong. Not the first time the Athletic have reported something negative coming out of the dressing room. You would think it is someone who is not happy about being picked.
