Any poster know how these new

digital passes to gain access into the ground work. Only I had a pass on my phone in Google Pay, but now it seems to have vanished, and now says expired passes. I have only had the pass for a day.

Do they automatically update with your seat number etc within 48 hours of the match, or should I phone the ticket office to see what is going on?

I can see it being a right mess trying to gain access on Sunday.

It has updated on the one that moved to the expired passes from yesterday. Now shows match, seat, row etc. Hopefully should be OK. But strange it has gone to the expired folder.

Having read this thread with some amusement....I cannot understand why a commercial organization of any type would make it difficult for its more technically naïve customers to pay them?

Oh, I know....they are using someone else's technology.
And didn't test run it on customers first!

Ted, I am fairly well used to technology. Just am not used to them not giving very clear instructions on how it may not work, as they say it should.

Anyway looks like it is sorted now. So all good to go. Ticket and Covid Pass sorted.

I feel for those that don't have all the latest smartphone knowledge.

This day and age, life is one long learning experience, Sandy.
I find amazing design idiocies almost every day.
Generally it is due to the clowns that build these things, programmers and their ilk.
I am now driving a car built by one of the world's premier companies, that has gotten rid of the good old gear shift lever and replaced it with push button technology. Saves a little space!
And if you get into a panic situation,.....guess how easy it is to push the wrong button.

Sandy, I never ever read the owner's manual for anything. Not even a new car. Let alone a Cell Phone, or an app.
If you can't use it when you get it...then you dump it!
That way you ensure the survival of the useable.
