There’s this guy I follow on YouTube called Cash Jordan (great name) and his schtick is showing New York property on his channel. Some mentally small apartments go for $5000 a month in Manhattan. Really don’t know who can afford to pay so much for so little.

That’s mad. I pay over €1500 with my fiancé for a one bedroom apartment in Dublin. We know we’re being ripped off but it’s the going rate. $5000 is absurd.

I pay $600 a week here which is pretty normal but salaries here are much higher than the UK/ Ireland so kinda works out. Buying in Sydney is almost impossible unless you’re Richie Rich.

Moved to Arizona thinking it was gonna be cheaper than NJ which is feckin expensive but Scottsdale isn't any better really, just less tax. The houses here are outrageous, if you wanna feel sick just check out Realtor.com for Scottsdale and look at the top end, houses over 5million are plentiful, any ideas you had about thinking you did alright come crashing down around you

Imagine the commission American Lynne get around there.

Best thing to do is move somewhere amazing with beaches and things to do and see and just buy a modest house and spend your time out doing stuff 😂

Or pray for a VR future where you can live in some kind of hovel and exist in a virtual world where everything is possible. Don’t think they’ve made an AI that can imagine a world where Spurs win trophies though…

I am really pushing for a move to Costa Rica given she can work remotely these days though also kind of keen on Australia or SE Asia for a bit. No children makes it a lot easier for us to do something like that.

Wonder if Spurs fans would be as feckin annoying as Liverpool fans if they actually won something?

It's all about where people want to live. Hence Paris, Côte d'Azur, Deauville, Cap breton, all expensive, Calais, Clermont-Ferrand etc cheap.
London, the Cotswold expensive, Middlesbrough, Blackburn cheap.
