Lamela was a great servant to us and I never had a bad word to say about him.

But I think he was with us long enough for us to know exactly what we had - it's not like he's some huge undiscovered talent who we'll come to regret letting go.

Says more about La Liga. Kanoute left us and went crazy in La liga.

Braithwait scores in La Liga and Plays for Barcelona. Bergwijn scored for us on his debut.

I wish them all well and don't think we will regret signing Bryan Gil. He looks to be a fighter even for his relatively small frame. He has all the skill/potential but work rate to match.

I didn’t really say otherwise I just thought the Kanoute point was odd - especially since La Liga has been at a higher level for a good 5+ year timeframe since Kanoute played for us

Sevilla connection and met with same surprise.

He was far too slow for the EPL and that was apparent from Day 1. Worked hard though

Lamela gave his all, I hope the rest of his career is brilliant
