Who partners Romero?

Dier and Sanchez are the back ups for me with Rodon. Gives an opportunity to play 5 at the back sometimes too. We partner Romero with another decent experienced centre back signing. Brilliant performance by Sanchez and Dier, but this isn’t lasting guys. Be honest with yourselves. Romero jumps straight in for me once he’s up to speed

It is. Casual racism from edin isn't cool

Happy for either of them to partner him if they continue to show improvement from last season.

Shouldn't need another CB if we ain't selling one of the dier or Sanchez as squad is then bloated and money isn't in to compensate the additional signing

I think you can mate. 1 good game doesn’t alter the fact that they have been poor for years. If they continue, then absolutely fantastic but I still don’t trust them. You don’t bench a 55 mil pound defender. Romero starts when he’s ready 100%

Exactly, I think Sanchez will probably get benched but Dier is too slow to cover for Romero when he steps up for the interceptions. This is my fear.

Sanchez will partner Romero in my opinion. But let`s not get to carried away just yet, we have yet to see how Romero performs in the Prem, he may be a complete flop. Hoping he isn`t. But you never know.

Spurs have purchased many players that were supposed to be the bees knees, only for them to be less than average. Let`s hope Romero is better than that. Hopefully get a proper look at him Thursday.
