Rayo Vallecano is newly promoted to La Liga. And to play in this club Miah was under a two-month trial process.

Miah took Facebook to share his feelings. Saturday he wrote, "A huge thank you to everyone for 10,000 followers, your support means the world to me! Would players of Asian background from the UK have a better chance of making it abroad in Europe than in the UK?

I've had discussions with someone before IRL and they said that countries such as Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, etc manage to develop and integrate footballers of different backgrounds much better than they do in the UK. He used the example of Nadiem Amiri, and how if he was in the UK, he'd have never have made it as high as he has in Germany.

Whatever it is, its good to see British born players going abroa to further their careers.

It's hard to find a Sub-Continental youngster who's more interested in football than he is in cricket.

Quite a few have tried to devlop talent with a S. Asian background but have failed at the higher levels.

Is that sentence meant to say the first footballer of Bangladeshi origin to play for Rayo?
