Watford put up a good fight with their youngsters but the experience of the Newcastle side was clear to see. Watford have a good base to build on with some a very exciting front 3 so the only way is up for them. Silva is nigh on undroppable for Newcastle atm. Lewa-who?

An evenly contested match here at Elland Road. Wolves going into the match thinking Leeds were gonna play a back four formation but Leeds starting with a back 3 surprised the Wolves team but they got their bearings and soon started to adjust to the oppo. I do think Wolves would win the midfield battle as they have a good mixture in their trio there. Neymar (who is much more dangerous on the left than the right) I'd think would get the better of Castagne. Foden and Depay as inside forwards I like think they would create more space for the wingbacks to work their magic aswell. Although would think to put more defensive cover on Neymar as he's the type of player who can singlehandedly win a game by himself.
Liverpool 1 Brentford 1

A close affair with Pool edging the play but Brentford fought hard and nicked a point. I like the Pool formation but I'm not a fan of Trippier at LB but I get the point of it coming up against the tricky Berardi. Think Trippier would do well defensively albeit would struggle attacking wise. Nouri came in as an emergency RB and he did ok against Baumgartner although he did struggle when the pacy Saint Maximin was bought on as a sub. Do rate the Pool CB partnership think they'd work well with each other and think Suarez would struggle against them. Brentford have a very solid experienced team. I like the instructions given to the DM's and think they are a team that are very hard to break down.

United finally using wing-backs helps them greatly, the side finally has a balance about it. Very strong defence, good midfield engine room, front three are pretty good and have great pace.
Sterling vs Sessegnon is a massive mismatch and can see the foxes getting a fair bit of joy down that side.
nice change of system at the foxes the spine is very good, one of the best defence in the league. the midfield matches up well vs Uniteds and would be an interesting battle.
Sterling and Jota clearly have goals in them which is a huge advantage when the front two whilst talented aren't (yet) prolific enough, that said Lautaro has started this year well at Inter and may thrive on being the main man.
as a side note, the strength of the lesta bench is immense
very close in the slots with home adv giving United a welcome boost up
