Rumours are that James could be sold in the next 24 hours so we might need to keep Amad for cover anyway.

We already have cover to be fair.

Rashford
Martial

Ronaldo
Cavani

Sancho
Greenwood

And at least 4 of those players can play across the front three.

Amad is better going off on loan in Jan.

This cancel culture is going too far now.

I hope it’s not a bad injury although I guess with the ACON coming the game time was always going to be limited.

I get loaning him over James though. Amad has more chance of a future at the club so a loan with regular game time makes sense whereas James is just a squad player who is unlikely to feature much when everyone’s fit.

Just seen it's a thigh injury. 6 weeks out. Don't see why the loan couldn't have been formalised and then he joins up with Feyenoord in 6/7 weeks' time.

Dan James is 1/6 to join Leeds now, might need Amad here

This transfer period is going to be even better for us

That’s a shame, could have done with the game time.
