I think like he did with Sancho, Solskjaer will wait a year and try for Declan Rice. Not my first choice for the money he’d cost, but probably more of what we’d need in this team than someone like Saul.

He's saying that it is Murtough that decided we would wait and sign Sancho this summer. Despite the fact that Murtough was still head of development at the time and didn't start his new role until March this year.

I actually think Saul would fit better United than Chelsea. Chelsea have many midfielders but United need to strengthen that area and Saul is very disciplined, something United lack.
