We joke, but how long ago was that?!

I have followed Spurs for as long as I can remember, dad was a life long fan and so I took after him.

Spurs have won 6 major trophies in my life time, but I don`t really remember the first 3 of those.

I can vaguely remember the 1984 Uefa Cup final, but my first real memory was the 1987 cup final we lost to Coventry. The last real moment of elation was winning the 91 FA cup final, and the two League Cup wins since were not as special.

2 paltry League Cups in 30 years FFS.

I used to know a guy from Norwich who supported Everton. I mean if you’re not gonna support Norwich, surely you can choose better than that. Being a Spurs fan is hardly a bed of roses, but I can only imagine the drudgery of supporting them lot the last 30 years - but to do so when you didn’t even have to? Just self wumming.

I'm from West Yorkshire and growing up one of my best mates was, and still is, a massive Norwich City supporter. Family connection to the club? Connection to the area maybe? Nope. He nailed himself to a canary-shaped mast for his entire life because he liked the kit. Not just the normal yellow and green thing though either. Remember that shirt from around the start of the Premier League that looked like someone had spewed up a load of Barcardi Breezer on it? Yeah, that's why my mate supports Norwich. Still, his hideous taste in fashion has afforded him a lot more joy in the last 30 years than I've had, so fair play to the colourblind pillock
