and the first goal took a deflection, the gk should possibly still have done better, but it wasn't a howler (nor was the second).

Theres no narrative. A decent keeper should easily sort those first 2 and the 3rd possibly. They were both howlers he dropped the ball for first ffs how is that not a howler and 2nd went thru his legs. You would expect united to have 65% possession v newcastle. They deserved to win overall but were pretty pedestrian until brunos goal killed game.

Be interesting to see how close you get to city this term. Will be close between you and Chelsea for second and third I think behind them.

It think we have an outstanding chance of winning the title, barring another injury crisis similar to last season.
City not looking great, but obviously will pull results out the bag even when not playing well, United were pretty poor for 75 minutes yesterday, but luckily for them were playing an awful Newcastle side, and Chelsea should have been dead and buried by half time yesterday, but won in the end.
Any kind of win today puts Liverpool in good stead.

Liverpool have been bang average this season, even against 10 men you were crap.

Im v happy for utd to play Fernandes pogba and Ronaldo in the same team...city..cfc and liverpool will love the space available and be able to run off those players for fun.

United were awful yesterday. First 2 goals were gk howlers and i dont think they created anything outside of 2 spectacular gls by bruno and lingaard. 4th at best for me. I thought Ronaldo looked dire yday and will hamper them against better sides because he doesnt move. He had something like 60 touches
