No no, she wouldn’t put her camera on in the morning meeting and I went mad at her. She did eventually turn it on but said she had to leave it off because she was breastfeeding.

Odd that she didn't want to be seen breastfeeding on a Zoom conference.

All members of the team MUST be on camera on team meetings. It allows me to see what they’re doing. If one member of the team doesn’t comply, then it’s a disrespect. I didn’t force her to cancel it I just asked her to and she said yes.

Business needs.

I’d just tell you to fack off if you tried to make me use camera on conf calls. If she was smart she’d stick a bit of tape over the camera.

Should have just confiscated her child.

End of the day if I get that role back, she is either being moved To another team or managed out. She’s a snake.

So…you were in a conf call with your clients employees, and you saw fit to berate a pregnant woman, who is either: an employee, your clients employee, imaginary* for not turning on her camera ? And then wonder why your client/spilt personality has binned you?
