I'd expect that he will have a conversation with him when he feels its appropriate. If/when he has decided in his own mind that De Gea is back to his best and has re-established himself as no.1, that is the time to talk to Hendo.

Does Ole protect fringe players?

Henderson thinks he is No 1 and wont be happy being No 2.

Dan James was bought for his potential but was let go after 2 years against his will.

Pellestri didnt want to go on loan.

Donny has been treated poorly so far.

Greenwood is being over used.

Im also.not sure what you mean by our transfer policy. We have signed young and old, free and very expensive.

For me the priority for the next manager needs to be a good tactician who likes to play attractive, attacking football and has something to prove. The rest should fall into place.
