I'm still good with watching Spurs although never confident. In truth that's what a competitive league will always bring.

Son for me is the highlight of the club. The only player that's worth the box office. What we need is another exciting player on the right of Kane. This could be Gil in a few years. Him and Son rotating flanks causing havoc.

Watkins. Then flog Kane to the newly minted Geordies for a quarter of a billion and add Skriniar to our defence to play alongside Romero, add Lautaro Martinez to play wide right instead of Lucas and then buy a very good play maker

Of course he will, I don’t think Spurs as a club will win anything in my lifetime and I’m only 35.

I think at 31 Son will still be a good player. Seems to look after himself.

Till then we need to get some more goal scoring forwards into the starting line up.

I prefer the strategy of buying cheap, inconsistent nearly-men who have one good game in 10 or an exotic name. It’s served us well over the last 7-8 years

Kane would be silly to go to Newcastle. It will take them 2 or 3 years to put together a squad that will win the Prem or the European Cup. These things don't happen overnight. And Kane is already 28.

wouldn't shock me at all to see Conte installed as manager in the next month and I could see him easily offering the 150mil for Kane that Levy wants..... If Kane wants to go somewhere that matches his ambition...... Its a no brainer.. he'll probably win something at Newcastle before he will at Spurs

Of course he will, I don’t think Spurs as a club will win anything in my lifetime and I’m only 35. Like I said , I see us being in and around 11th/12th most seasons. I think Everton, Villa and Arsenal have more ambition than us as clubs.
