I think it bodes well for us. He might now humble himself and realise goals don't come easy if you aren't committed at the highest level.
His actions this summer suggest a certain amount of immaturity that needed to be phased out. I hope it has. Being subbed on International duty when England needed a goals would have definitely driven the truth home.
Maybe this is what he needed. Time will tell.

one of our clubs continued to pay a convicted paedophile his wages while he was in prison serving his sentance and said they would keep his job open for him once he served his sentence
