So this evening Arsenal welcome back Patrick Vieira . Arsenal legend.
He comes from Senegal and he played for Arsenal etc etc. That is the standard of midfield player that we have never manage to replace.
A victory would move us a few places up the table.
However every time we have a chance to progress we fail to take it.
A draw will put us back to 12th.
A defeat probably means 14th
Can this team keep up its unbeaten run
A better performance than the one against Brighton is called for.
Over a weeks rest.Surely no excuses. Will the pressure of 2 games in the same week be too much ?
I think as long as the club is nice to Viera then everyone will be happy.

We haven’t beaten Palace in last 3 home games. We also have 1 win in 6 games against them. They seem to be our bogey side recently.

It’s an important game, If we win today and on Friday we’ll go into the weekend in the top 4. obviously we’d have played a game more, But it will make this season seem somewhat more encouraging after that dreadful start

If its the same front line as the one against Brighton then should probably expect a similarly frustrating performance with the moves keep breaking down once it gets to the striker.
If we can take the few chances we get and the defence performs we might be able to grab all 3 points, but none of our games will be easy because we have certain players upfront who treat the ball like a hot potatoe which allows opposition to keep coming back at us.
