Shaw is terrible - gets a nice assist
Maguire shouldn't have started - gets a cracking goal and nearly 2
We've made Bruno rubbish - gets an amazing assist and could easily have had 3
Ronaldo is past it - scores the winner
Injured or not, Rashford isn't good enough - scored a great goal (could should have had 1 or 2 more, but not a bad contribution in his first start after injury)
Ole should be sacked at half time - Really? Yes, we were slack at the back, but we could easily have scored 3 or 4 in the first half. Once again our wastefulness in front of goal in the first half was a real problem.
Ole has lost the dressing room - Huh? The players were blatantly trying their hearts out in the first half. Individual mistakes doesn't equate to the manager losing the dressing room. And you certainly don't come back from 2-0 down like that if you have lost the dressing room.
It wasn't a vintage performance tonight by any means, but we could have scored 6 or 7 tonight with all the good chances that we created.
Sh!t I read tonight on match thread

I’m not convinced by that because the second half was just a follow on of what was happening in last twenty minutes of the first, albeit the level was higher.
You can lose the dressing room in the sense that a team will no longer be playing for the manager. It’s happened to many a team. But that’s not what is it happening here, and it’s something that is always said when we’ve been struggling under Ole.
But you can lose the dressing room in the sense that the team no longer has confidence in the manager, even if they are still playing for him. Remains to be seen if that’s the case here. I’m not even sure it is, teams just do lose confidence and our performances are symptomatic of issues that have plagued us for a while. We’ve won plenty of games playing like we have the last few weeks and people weren’t saying hd’d lost the dressing room because we were getting results.

When the manager has lost the dressing room you can generally tell by player comments after, usually involving
'you'll have to ask the manager that'.

I watched the game last night and you winning was never in too much doubt. They were really crap.
This weekends game will be nothing like that but at the same time this has to be a confidence booster.
I also watched the Liverpool game and after coming out like a house on fire looked terrible and could have lost to ten men.
All that out the window now as the good stuff starts again Sunday. As usual I'm hoping for an entertaining game but they rarely deliver, maybe this time huh.

I don't think that Ole will ever lose the dressing room in that the players down tools. As he is too well respected as a club legend and obviously well liked. You might get the odd player that stops giving everything, but I think that on the whole they will keep trying for him. That doesn't mean that they might not have doubts about his tactical ability though.

Oh yeah match threads, things said should never be held against oneself. It's when they repeat the same thing the next day when they had a chance to calm down that there's a problem.

I think Sheriff's achieved what he wanted, if that was a lot of people telling him he's a clot.
