Happy 1-6 Day

Saturday marks exactly 10 years since Manchester's football landscape changed, when the so-called "noisy neighbours" ended up partying on their local rivals' pristine front lawn.

In isolation, Manchester City's famous 6-1 derby win could have been remembered as a freak result best known for one of English football's most iconic celebrations - Mario Balotelli's 'Why Always Me?' T-shirt that he revealed after putting the visitors ahead.

Instead, it has had lasting significance for both clubs, and not just because the margin of City's victory at Old Trafford would eventually see them clinch that season's title on goal difference, ahead of Manchester United.

This was a day that signalled the start of a power shift that has defined the past decade in the city and beyond, with the Blues beginning their land-grab on Red territory, and in spectacular style.

Ole must be a genius then as Man City only scored 1 goal in our last 4 league games against them.

Should beat that if you play like today. How is that best squad in the PL doing Hafi?

Good play from Liverpool but you're nothing if you can't score 6 at Old Trafford

Bomdia we had like 5 great chances.

De Gea is a non-league level player.

Ah there you are. Gonna have a field day with this ain’t ya Hafi. Have at it.. might as well pile it on.
Even though we don’t agree. This team needs the kitchen sink thrown at them.

You'll probably buy one for £100m at Christmas.

A Kitchen sink?!

Yeh, we need something dammit.

Yeah, I think Liverpool were lucky not to concede at least 10 Hafi, the strongest squad in the PL certainly showed Liverpool how to play today. You must be so proud.

Meanwhile, back in the real world, Trump still didn't win the US election, covid is still rampant and United are still a Europa Conference standard team.
