We were too defensively in 2008/2009 and didn't go all attack and didn't dominate games.

We should go for Bissouma. He is good defensively and in possession

We allowed Atletico, Milan, Brentford, City and Brighton to come back from two down goals down or in case of City and Brentford twice let them comeback. We can't kill the games off simply our midfield is not good enough. All pressure on the defence. Thiago is our best midfielder followed by Faninho. The rest not good enough including Henderson. Keita is inconsistent and injury prone.

Hope both Fabinho and Thiago back for Atletico game or atleast one of them. Firmino was poor today but played 80 mins.

Roberson was so poor today. Time for Tsimikas

I get what your saying, but you need to be picking up 3 points against at least one of your direct rivals at home.

I said a few weeks ago that the only game I was disappointed with was the Chelsea game - against 10 men, it was there for the taking.

My rationale was that Brentford was just one of those games - opposition got the tactics right and we weren’t on top form. It happens. Well we now have two of those games. Two in ten is a slight concern tbh. Not a major one, but a slight one.

Considering we've got a pretty horrendous injury problem in midfield I'm not that worried as we are very close to the top.

With Fabinho, Thiago etc back I'll feel a lot better.
