Don't have time to catch up. Robb were you pro Moyes, then anti LvG, then pro Mourinho, then anti Ole, then pro whoever replaces him? Who do you not want to replace Conte?

Not all of us "mocked" Moyes.

Indeed, I haven't offered any negativity about any of the managers/coaches - although I did suggest bringing in the circus surrounding Jose was not really beneficial to a club that should take itself more seriously.

Firstly, coaches/managers are not as important as the players/squad or, secondly because a club's direction is what determines success or failure - despite the undue positive/negative coverage that managers/coaches attract.

That being the case however, Moyes was the right person for the job. It's just he (or anyone) should have been given more time. Maybe better planning from better direction would/could/should have seen an overlap between SAF leaving and Moyes arriving.

The policy at the time, and since, has demonstrated admirably exactly how "hiring and firing" so randomly, and rapidly, is a counter productive one.
