Would klopp have lasted at Spurs?

In his first season he obviously struggled, as he had a lot to turn round and we ultimately finished 8th.

Would Levy have accepted that?

Klopp plays decent football Nuno doesn't

as has been said Poch didn't get off to an amazing start but you could see the players believed in him and worked for him.

He was in big trouble until Mason nicked that goal at Sunderland and again until Kane scored that heavily deflected free kick at Villa - luck plays a huge part

yep Kane scoring a free kick was very very unusual

Nuno was the wrong man for the job and Levy fecked up hiring him but getting rid was the right decision.

Woy only lasted 6 months at Liverpool

Klopp would be back in Germany working as a dentist had he taken the Spurs job. 8th in his first season wasn’t it? Really tarnishes is legacy.

People seem to only look at the position Klopp's Liverpool finished that season and ignore the obvious changes in terms of style that were happening.

You could, despite the iffy League results see there was an end goal being aimed for.

They also made the Europa final and then I believe in his first full season qualified for the Champions League, finishing fourth.

Klopp had also performed to a seriously high level at Dortmund, having won the league and reached a CL final all while playing attractive football. He was clearly a guy worth giving a proper chance to..

Would Spurs specifically have kept him on after that season, almost certainly imo.

He wouldn't necessarily have stayed this long with the club becoming the huge success Liverpool has lately though, I think player sales and subsequent signings played a huge part in the Liverpool rebuild and it's unlikely the Tottenham hierarchy would've been on the same page.

Spurs hired the man 5th or 6th on their list.

Levy should be sacked, it is a total shambles.

There were slow signs that things were changing for the better under Klopp with their performances. Plus he already had the reputation of being a winner. Levy apparently already had reservations about Nuno when he was appointed. He had to be persuaded by Paratici. And the performances above all else haven't been good enough. 5 wins and 5 losses but with better performances and he may still be in a job now.

So yeah I'm pretty sure Klopp would have survived at Spurs. He got to a Europa final in his first season anyway didn't he?

Levy is the joke of English football and if he was at any other club then by now he'd be an Uber driver.

Forget about Klopp, even Bill Shankley wouldn't have lasted a year at the Looters Lane....

Is this Conte guy 100th manager in their history?
