Huh, who would've known the intern is running all the operations while the bosses are enjoying their fat paychecks doing nothing

Well, I always questioned the quality of the coaches, especially when the manager himself isn't top level. Of course, the usual deluded posters came up with their nonsense arguments.

That article is questioning what Ole actually does, as he didn't do the coaching, doesn't do tactics, and doesn't seem to be great at motivating players either—and that's a good question.

How is Phelan in any way inexperience?

We're 6th tbf. We'll probably be lower soon, as the board stand by their man but we're 6th atm

I think most levelheaded people know he’s nowhere near them tactically but he was brought in to steady the ship and build a good base for the next manager. Many hoped he would have success but I don’t think anybody thought he was up there with those managers, did they?
